An Iranian health delegation visited the authorities of Azerbaijan Republic in Baku on 7 March 2018.

An Iranian health delegation comprising Dr. Iraj Harirchi (Deputy Minister of Health), Dr. Mohammad Hossein Somi (Chancellor of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences), Dr. Javad Aghazdeh (Chancellor of Urmia University of Medical Sciences), officials from Islamic Azad University as well as private sector activists visited the authorities of Azerbaijan Republic in Baku on 7 March 2018.

In this visit, Dr. Haririchi and Azeri Minister of Economy and Industry, Shahin Mustafayev, discussed recent trend of mutual collaboration in the fields of health, treatment and medicine.

Bolstering cooperation in the fields of health, treatment and feasibility studies on establishing joint treatment centers, cooperation in supplying medicines to special patients, collaboration in the fields of education, research and exchanging students were among the topics discussed during the meeting.
