Following the recent scientific collaborations with Danish universities, Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (TUOMS) and Southern Denmark University (SDU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 16 December, 2016.

Dr. Mohammad Hossein Somi (Chancellor), Dr. Mohammad Reza Rashidi (Vice Chancellor for Research), Dr. Kazem Shakouri (Dean of Medicine Faculty) and the envoy of Iranian ambassador in Copenhagen attended the signature ceremony which was held in Odense. Danish officials and counterparts also attended the ceremony.

Meanwhile, the Iranian delegation took the chance to visit different departments, research centers, hospitals and faculties in Copenhagen and Odense.
